Kyle Field football stadium is located on the campus of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. It acts as the home to the Texas A&M Aggies football team since 1904. The Kyle Field stadium was built as a permanent stadium later on in 1927.

The Project envisages Kyle Field's re development over the course of Tyree seasons, throughout which local team Aggies are expected to continue and stage their games here without major loss in capacity. Eventually the number of seats should reach 102,500 with possible further expansion by 7,000. In short the plan has been divided in two phases:

For a contest in 2014 against the visiting University of Mississippi Rebels, Kyle Field was host to a capacity crowd of 110,631, the largest in SEC and Texas.
